The check-in process was a bit confusing but the location was great. It is very close to the train station, the Lawson, and Dotonbori. The room we were in did not look like the photos posted on Booking.com at all, wish they would post the right ones, but still accommodated my party of 5 adults and 1 child. The beds were comfortable, house slippers, washer and dryer for clothes came in handy for us, and bathroom essentials were also provided. Everything was great except for these two things: 1. the wooden bed frames inside the bedroom were both dirty and looked as if they haven't been wiped clean in months. Luckily, the sheets were clean. 2. There was a pretty bad smell coming out of the kitchen sink that made the whole front of the room smell pretty bad, even when we kept it covered. If correct photos are uploaded and the above two things are resolved, this place would be perfect for anyone looking for a family friendly place at a great value and location!
