樺の荘

The property exceeded our expectations. We were told we had towels and hangers, but when we got there, we also had detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was so close to Matsuyamachi station exit 1 and easy to find in the map. The check-in instructions are very easy to follow, they even have pictures. The owner is also very responsive and helpful. Everything is set up so you can move as freely as you like, there are even pans, a cutting board, dishes and bowls, chopsticks and other utensils, mugs and cups (for drinking and another set for gargling). There are also instructions on how to use the aircon remote, the washing machine, and gentle reminders about the noise (in different languages even with pictures). The room is clean and easy to use. We also didn't encounter any neighbors, and if they were there, they were very quiet. The neighborhood itself is quiet, overall a very good accomodation for anyone who wants easy access to anywhere in Osaka.

Part of the reason they exceeded my expectations is in the listing they didn't indicate that there would be toiletries, tissues, plates and chopsticks, towels and hangers. We were also instructed to bring down the trash but we weren't aware where it was. The owner has been informed of this and they told us they'll try to improve on it next time. Overall a fantastic stay but I wish the trash instructions and being informed of other amenities could be added to the booking. Thank you!

Inchecken was wat lastig. Handdoeken waren oud en te klein. Appartement was gehorig.
