    Nice room but the heater was centralised (either too cold or hot). Occasionally the shower area flooded too.

    We occupied a room with 3 single bed. Overall our stay is convenient, accessible and comfortable. Our only problem is the aircon. Maybe because it's Summer the A/C is low even if we put it to 16 degrees

    We were able to check in a little earlier and the surrounding area is great. The beds are stiff, however.

    Location: only 10mins walk to dotonbori but on the quieter side so you won’t have to worry about your night sleep. There’s also a lawson just beside the hotel. Train station is also just a 3mins walk Bed: a bit hard. There were extra mattresses inside the cabinet but no pillow cases and covers. So we did not use it because it was visibly dusty Amenities: the main reason we booked this hotel is because they have a stove. Unfortunately, they don’t allow cooking. I read from a review before that they lend cooking tools but during our trip, they said they don’t allow it. We even asked what if we have our own tools but still they don’t allow. Toiletries: they were very frugal when it comes to this. We asked for additional facial tissue and garbage bag. And they said that we can buy if we ran out. 😅 Communication: fairly easy by just using whatsapp however, I’m not sure if they have any plans to accommodate requests. It seems their answer is always “no” or “buy for yourself” Safety: since this is unmanned hotel, im not sure i can recommend for solo travelers. The main door in the lobby is always open.
