La ubicación y las instalaciones
Falta claridad en la forma de pago, no aceptaban tarjetas de crédito ni débito ya que no tenían el datáfono en función y manifestaban que les cargarían un valor adicional; no obstante, al momento de la reserva no se indicó que únicamente cobrarían en efectivo. Definitivamente un aspecto para mejorar con el usuario!

La ubicación, limpieza y servicio.
Se siente bastante ruido al interior de otras habitaciones. No hay forma de descansar completamente por el ruido constante.
