Clean, comfortable, lovely balcony, illuminated.
A bit noisy as it sits on a main avenue. No hot water in the shower.

the place is really nice, the staff as well...
but apparently having a birthday dinner party in the breakfast area with 20 people from 8pm to 12.30am with a guitarist playing loud music until 10.15 PM , it s OK for the owner of the place. I haven't paid not to sleep before 1am !! The owner has to be reminded that client pay to sleep and for quiet time after their day !!
