About this villa rental
Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.
Skadanj has two parking places and at a short distance, there's a village kids-playing ground with basketball court, swings, and toboggan. On the ground floor, there's a kitchen with a microwave and conventional oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher, another room with washing machine, one bathroom and a dinner with a living room that has a fireplace and air conditioner. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with three beds that has an air conditioner and one with kingsize bed that is connected to the large terrace.

We really enjoyed our one week stay in this home. We were able to use it as our base while we explored some of the cities on the Istria Peninsula, our favourite being Rovinj. The house was comfortable and well equipped and our host was excellent! Viviana was such a kind and generous person and we enjoyed meeting her. The property is gorgeous. Internet was spotty at times. We highly recommend this property.

Wir fanden ein liebevoll eingerichtetes und dekoriertes Anwesen vor, dass alle unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllte und vollumfänglich der Beschreibung entsprach. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit bekommen 6 Sterne ⭐️
Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und ein Hund, der in dem Garten herumtollen konnte.
Der Kontakt zu Viviana war immer sehr schnell hergestellt und sie kümmerte sich hervorragend um unsere Belange!
Zu unserer Überraschung wurde nach einer Woche nicht nur der Pool gereinigt, sondern auch das komplette Haus geputzt und die Wäsche gewechselt! Superklasse! Nochmals Danke auch für die Kirschen und den Wein 😊

The house is situated in between wine yards in a hilly area not far from Buzet, therfore a car is indispensable.It is very nicely and new furnished and provides all necessay amities, like e.g. dish washer, air condition, washing machine, satellite tv. In addition, all kinds of shampoos, sopas, dish detergent, toilett paper, kleenex and even anti insect products were available in the house. Furthermore, it is extremly clean and the hosts cleaned it up during our stay and provided new bed linnen and towels (bath and pool).A pro pos hosts, we never experienced so nice, warm hearted, open, helpful, and supporting hosts like Viviana and her son Luca.The terraces and garden are nicely decorated and well done. The stone barbeque in the garden works very good and the hosts provided even charcoal and wood. The pool is cleaned by the owners once a week.
