location was good. The apartment is spacious for a family, but not so necessary for one person. There seems to be lots of toys for children.
The spiral staircase soon gets to be tiring. Not good for your children or an older person. Using the downstairs AC is not enough for bedrooms. I found the AC in the upstairs children'd bedroom too late.

High quality well equipped apartment
The balcony was disappointing. Not the same quality as the rest of the apartment and noisy due to air conditioning units

Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und sehr bequem. Es war tiptop sauber. Besonders schön war jetzt im Herbst der elektrische Kamin. Der Check-in über die Schlüsselbox ist sehr praktisch.
Durch die getönten Fensterscheiben ist es ein bisschen dunkel.
