Mt Fuji View Villa Fujino Kirameki Fuji Gotemba

The location and views for us were perfect as it was a clear day and we had perfect views of Mt Fuji. There is plenty of space to wander around the grounds and in these cabins you have a fully self-suffiencient little hideaway. The dome tent that we stayed in had a seperate private toilet unit, its own decking area, bbq and fantastic views of Mt Fuji. Food for dinner and breakfast is provided, and really exciting to cook in such splendid surroundings. Plenty of space between units give you a relaxing peaceful stay.

It is possible to arrive by bus/taxi and we were fine with this, but some people may not be so perhaps this location would be more recommended to those travelling by car. There's no shop on-site, so snacks, milk, etc is something you need to bring with you or go without!

When we arrived we were expecting it to be good but we were blown away! Staff were amazing and the whole site breathed some much needed tranquility into our hectic trip. Great facilities and the food was amazing - be prepared to cook using the best local ingredients and even a half decent cook can rustle up restaurant quality meals. 100% recommend.
