The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. I had a hike up Mt Fuji scheduled, and they did everything they could to help call + reserve taxi’s, provide early dinner, etc. Everyone was incredibly nice. And the property itself is beautiful!!

The space we stayed in was clean and tidy. There is a beautiful view of Mt Fuji. the parking is just right next to your room. the staff is very nice and polite.
