The public baths and amenities were AWESOME! However there were a group of tourists who didn’t know how to behave. Please READ and OBSERVE all rules before entering. If you and your family/friends are unable to do very base protocols, then stay away from public baths. Your type of inappropriate behaviours create negative emotions about tourists and will get the good tourist banned.

The staff are able to speak good English. Slippers and socks are provided in room for guests to wear them to Onsen.

Excellent facilities, customer service, and the staff is the best. I would return to Hotel Clad. Restaurant and onsen are a must

Near the outlet, great for shopping. Drivers please remember to get your free parking card at the hotel.
