Lovely, peaceful apartment with a great courtyard!

We had a wonderful stay—the apartment was cozy, with comfortable beds and fresh towels. The courtyard was beautiful, full of greenery, with a swing and space for kids to play. Shaded parking was a plus! The kitchen had everything we needed (kettle, stove, dishes). The hosts were very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

okay stay, good location

Good location if you have a vehicle. It's close to Budva, Kotor, Tivat and Jaz Beach. There's a supermarket, a bakery and a nice restaurant nearby. Room was decent, spacious and generally clean. Wifi was fine. The staff's attitude was mostly decent too.

Our room smelled badly at times. There were dogs howling through the nights so sleep was problematic sometimes. The staff took our towel mistaking it's their own and didn't return it although we kindly requested it several times. Couldn't' communicate well with staff since they don't know English.

Za dvije noci u apartmanu nemoze se mnogo toga i opisati. Ali neki 3 kilometara do.plaze JAZ.. sve je bilo kako sam i ocekivao. U ta dva dana i vrjeme.nije bilo bas dobro pa vise smo bili na druga mjesta i okolne gradove Tivat i Kotor farma Carevic. Uglavno sve je bilo ok gazde su za pohfala uvjek si tu za vas.

Mislim da bi neku mrezu za komarce na neko od prora posebno na prozora kupatla bi ucinila prestoj lagodniji

Good location - a bit noisy

Excellent location, these appartments are perfectly located for your trips around the coast from Kotor to Petrovac and Budva. We didnt try any further because of heavy traffic. The main beaches are also closeby and our host was very friendly.

If you are in Budva on the high season, it pays to add a couple more dollars to the bill and get a larger appartment. We chose a cheaper option (family studio) as we were only here for 3 nights on our way to our main destination. The family studio did not satisfy us (but perhaps a larger appartment at this place would), the beds were not too comfy and the nearby road was loud and very busy. Big nuisance from the mosquitoes also but this is a general thing in the coastal areas of Montenegro so you might want to pack some mosquito repellent or other. Also keep in mind the general state of traffic in Montenegro and its coastal road: in August, it can take you a while to get to the city center!

the rooms were spacious. also the parking space was big. the owners are an amazing couple, two great human beings who really took care of us. He even dropped us at the airport free of cost.

Very pleasant stay. Friendly owners, just 5 min by car to Jaz beach. Relaxing stay. Good for families with small children as well as just for adults.

host was very friendly and helpful, apartment was clean and big with parking in front. It was a nice experience and the owners really were there for anything we needed, with some room for improvement.

wifi did not really work, so it was a bit hard to do work online. the shower was not in the best shape and the water pressure is very low.

Bardzo polecam!

Bardzo duże przestronne studio z wygodnymi łóżkami i zacienionym tarasem gdzie można sobie wygodnie posiedzieć o dowolnej porze dnia. Bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni właściciele. Świetna lokalizacja, ale wyłącznie dla osób z samochodem (my wypożyczyliśmy), nie da sie dojść do plaży na pieszo. Za to da się dojść na pieszo do piekarni, która oferuje pyszne i tanie wypieki. W pobliżu są też dwa supermarkety.

Brakowało nam piekarnika lub choćby mikrofali, ale wiedzieliśmy o tym, więc to nie była niespodzianka.
