A lovely room close to the main attractions in Split.

A lovely, quiet, well kept and tidy room close to Split train and bus station and the port. The property was perfect for all I needed for my short stay. The communications with Marko were clear. The check in and check out instructions were easy to follow.

The Best

The room was really lovely and everything I needed for my one night stay. The decor of the room with lovely stone walls, lovely iron bedhead all created a cosy feel. And the bed was SO comfortable

A great little apartment

The location was excellent, close to the Riva (promenade) , ferries, buses, castle, cafes and restaurants and two supermarkets plus the outdoor market. Was a bit noisy as cars parked right outside window. Being on street level nowhere to sit except outside the upstairs apartment. Marko and his Dad were great making sure I got from the airport safely which was just as well as wasnt easy to find the apartment. Overall highly recommend.

Would be nice to have own outdoor space but there's no real room.

Clever people would take this excellent value option for staying close to the Palace in Split

This is a very good option for people staying in Split. It is only 10 minutes walk to the Riva ... but outside of "the Palace" ... so not "trendy" in that sense. However, I think it is a really clever place to stay. It is very clean and efficient. There is a nice hotel for breakfast etc right next door. The price is excellent and the family who run the apartments have been doing it for a very long time and are genuine and ethical. I especially enjoyed my transfer from the airport with Marko (I would really recommend paying the Euro35 for the transfer ... makes your arrival so much easier than bus or Uber).

Perfect overnight stop on the way to Lastovo Island

The private entrance, quiet location yet convenient for the Ferry terminal and the Old Town for dinner. The host was very helpful and collected us from the airport.

Perfect spot from which to enjoy Split. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and beautifully designed. Quiet location away from the noise of the old town but this is easily reached on foot. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Clean, great location

Marko ( the host) was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, for example I asked for a pair of scissors and these were left in the room. It was a great location it is only a short walk to the old town with loads of bars and restaurants. Also, there is a supermarket ( Tommys) within a 2 minute walk. The room had a large fridge with a small icebox and kettle and coffee machine that takes pods. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Amazing owners & perfect location

Beautiful family business, owner organised transport from airport at 10pm at night which was so helpful after a massive flight. Room felt so homey & location was perfect. Quiet spot but 5 minute walk to the harbour

Great room, great location, great price.

Exceptionally clean and well presented. Good location close to the old town and the harbour. Greeted in person and was accommodating in letting us check in earlier than the original check in time. Check out wasn’t until 11am so a leisurely last morning, we were able to go out for breakfast before returning to pack.

The person in the next room had the tv on until 1.30am. The sound travelled clearly into our room and kept us awake. However , if you have considerate neighbours it is a quiet location.

An authentic gem. Don't miss out!

Perfect location with facilities that were clean, comfortable and precisely what we needed for a fun trip to Split (and a couple of the islands too). Marko was a fantastic host who is a walking encyclopedia of Split and Croatia. He could write a guide book about Split and Croatia as a whole and I'd buy it. Definitely get advice from him. Reasonably priced accommodation and airport transfers. I would highly recommend this establishment.

It's a great spot. We wish Marko and his family all the best for the future as they have an authentic gem in what is turning into a touristy global flavoured city.

Good for a one night stay in split where you are looking to crash after a late night flight.

Great Stay Highly recommended

I’d give this place 5 stars! The location is fantastic—just under a 10-minute walk to Riva Promenade and less than 5 minutes to a supermarket. Great value for a 3-night stay. Marko was super friendly, and the airport transfers both ways were a big plus. The room itself was lovely. The only small downside was the lack of a microwave, but overall, I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Best spot in town! Will be my go to spot. If I return 100%. -Perfect location when it comes to beach and old town center access. While having access to quietness you won't get inside the old town. - Room was really nice, CLEAN and spacious! No unescceary stuff there. -The host delivered excellent customer service. Definitely elevated my overall enjoyment of the place. Like I was soooo close to give this place a 10 out of 10 because of that.

Nothing it was perfect. But I have some nit-picks and some suggestions on improvement -Floor heater in the bathroom doesn't seem to work or heat adequately. Felt cold on the floor and air in bathroom. -Warm water tank. Hehhe is a bit small for us used to "infinity" warm water. - Could have a sweeping brrom/mop. For the people staying for long durations. Would also recommend to setup a clothes washing offer once per week for an additional X price too. -Luggage storage. Even though you don't need that in tourism season. But makes you more professional and gives the impression that you care about giving the best service possible. Even with these I would still say it was perfect! Cause it really was.

We stayed in an apartment for one night only, but we enjoyed our stay so much. The bed was the most comfortable ever, and the interior of the apartment is beautiful. You have everything you need - a hairdryer, glasses, tea bags, and even coffee to make for yourself in the morning. The owner was extremely helpful, and thank you for everything once again.

Lovely hosts!

Wonderful, kind hosts. They were there to welcome me when I arrived and allowed me to stay later on the day I was leaving as my bus was in the afternoon, which was so nice of them. Very short walk to the bus station and centre, great for early morning running along the water. The room was large, beautiful, and had a well equipped kitchenette with kettle and large fridge. There was a table and chairs which was great as I needed to do some work. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Excellent wifi.

The room could take a little while to warm up with its beautiful stone walls, but the bed was very warm and comfortable. The only issue was that the hot water in the shower didn't last very long, so I would be rinsing my hair in cold water. A little brrrrr!

The room was massive with all the amenities. The shower had hot water and the towels were provided. The price was very low as well for what you're getting. It is close to the bus station and old town which was convenient and in a silent location.
