PROPERTY DETAILS:
•Convenient split floor plan that allows for more privacy: Master bedroom in the South Wing, two bedrooms/bathroom in the North Wing.
•King bed, portacrib in the Boho-themed master bedroom; queens in the two additional bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
•Large, updated granite/stainless kitchen completely outfitted.
•Cozy, retro-decorated living and dining room: kick up your feet for some TV time after a meal around the dining room table.
•Game room-pool table,foosball, toys
•In the laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, ironing board
•1.25 acres of grassy meadow. The front yard is grassy and open, the backyard has large trees for shade.
•Spectacular sunsets
•Grill burgers on the gas grill and relax on our small patio
•Cozy up to the fire pit on chilly evenings.
LOCATION:
• Safe, quiet, country neighborhood.
•15 minutes to Itchetucknee Springs, our favorite swimming hole and kayaking adventure wonderland.
•30 minutes to many stunning, natural springs, the destination of cave divers world-wide.
•Many great day trips to local farms, quaint old-time towns, historical home tours, Historic St. Augustine, antiquing, etc.
•We also love cycling our quiet country roads, lined with iconic granddaddy live oaks draped in spanish moss.
•40 min to Gainesville. 1 hour To Jacksonville and beaches. 1 hr to Gulf coast.
Amenities at Super clean, quiet. Close to world famous springs. Game Room!

This property was perfect for us. We needed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and this house provided that. We were also within 15-20 minutes of our friend who lives in Lake City. It was such a nice visit.

The hosts were very thoughtful, we spent Christmas here and the little touches made our stay so much better. The Christmas tree was lit with holiday music playing when we came in and the mood was set. Highly recommend 😊

We loved everything about this place! Far enough away from everything but not to far from things to see and do. Property owners were very helpful! We even added an additional night to our stay after our booking was already confirmed and it was a seamless process. Should we visit the area again, we will definitely stay again!

I loved this house. Booking was super easy. The house was clean in a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen had all I needed. The beds were super comfy. The only things worth mentioning were the toilets take time to do their job. When you’re in the country you have to be gentle. It’s been that way with every house we’ve rented in that area. The only other thing was I had to wipe out the fridge. It took all of 5 seconds so I can live with that. I will book again next year. Thanks for sharing your house Kim!
