Bowman's Landing Spring House on the Santa Fe River

Bowman's Landing is a beautiful property and we definitely enjoyed our stay at the Spring House. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The cabin itself is spacious with three bedrooms and two baths. The property is air conditioned with separate units in the individual rooms so it is easy to use the AC just in the rooms you need.The kitchen was well equipped. The cabin itself has a large front porch with a closing gate that enabled us to have our labradoodles on the porch without leashes; they loved being able to be outside without leashes. We were at Bowmans Landing with our grandchildren and they loved the outside swing. Overall, it was just a lovely experience with the beautiful grounds and wildlife, we would love to visit again.

Relaxing property on a remote stretch of the river. Great host with clean and comfortable accommodations.

It was an amazing, very peaceful space. The porch faced the river, which was great for morning, coffee and evening sunsets.

Quick summary of my experience. Roaches in the home and bedrooms. Oven would not work properly and the coffee machine was broken. Property is quiet and peaceful but the owner/property manager has not responded to my direct communication outlining my concerns and experience. Caution to potential renters. You could have a terrible experience and the management will completely blow you off. I wish you the best.
