Springside Manor Bunkhouse (Add-On Only — Main House Required)
The Springside Manor Bunkhouse is a comfortable, private add-on space designed to expand your group’s sleeping and hangout room. This bunkhouse cannot be booked on its own and is only available when the Springside Manor main house is booked first.
Inside, you’ll find two queen-over-queen bunk beds, each with stair access (no ladders) for easier, safer climbing. The living area features a power-reclining sofa and matching recliner plus a Smart TV—just sign in to your favorite streaming services.
The commercial-style kitchenette is set up for real use with an apartment-size refrigerator, gas stove and oven, and a 3-compartment sink with a commercial sprayer for fast cleanup. You’ll also love the commercial ice machine, perfect for filling coolers before a day on the river. For added convenience, the bunkhouse includes an in-unit washer and dryer.
The bunkhouse also has a full bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, making it an ideal extension of the main house for larger groups.
