Tenants hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Getaway Acres, LLC, or the Host Family and/or their agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by tenants or to any property belonging to tenants while participating in the activities or while on or upon the rented premises. This waiver and release includes any claims based on the negligence, actions, or inaction of any of the Released Parties and covers bodily injury and property damage.

Our stay for family Thanksgiving was fabulous. Having comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, perfect climate control and plenty of room in the house added much to our enjoyment. We did not use the outside area except to visit goats and pig. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to family and friends.

The property is gorgeous, complete with goats and pig! The rooms were wonderful. The check-in directions weren’t as clear as they could have been, but Vrbo contacted the owner, and we resolved the issue. There were a couple of minor things that required attention, but again, the owner was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property for families seeking a quiet, picturesque place to stay.
