Relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle at this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront home on a canal with access to the Gulf of America. Perfect for families, friends, girls trips, boating getaways, fishing trips, or extended stays for snowbirds. The home features two master bedrooms with queen beds, each with private access to a full bathroom, plus a large bunk room with four queen beds and full bathroom access. The living room also includes a pull-out couch, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Outdoor Living
Step outside and enjoy the large waterfront deck, grill area with sail shades and bar seating, and wood-burning fire pit with comfortable seating. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon grilling, sunset cocktails, and evenings gathered around the fire. Fish from the dock, bring your boat, rent one nearby, or simply relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
Waterfront & Boat Access
The property offers a large dock with direct canal access to the Gulf of America. If you bring or rent a boat, you're welcome to tie off at the dock.
Please note: The boat lift is privately rented to a local family and is not available for guest use. They are authorized to park on the side of the house and enter the backyard to access their boat. Guests will be given advance notice whenever possible if they plan to come by.
