Bring your own boat or rent one nearby. Just minutes to the gulf and the local sandbar. Nice fenced yard, great for dogs and children. Two bedrooms, one king, one queen and a full size pullout couch in the large living room. Smart TV with cable, free high speed Spectrum WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Full size washer/dryer, gas grill with outdoor seating and a table for enjoying a meal over looking the water. Enjoy great restaurants and bars by car or boat. Four fishing rods rigged and ready for you.

House was very well stocked, everything we needed was there. The fenced in yard was a great bonus for our dog, he loved being on vacation there! Had a great time and enjoyed our time visiting with family.

Great place to stay - Sharon and John were great. Very quick to respond to anything you need. Looking forward to booking again. If only the weather had cooperated.

Xcellent. Very clean, well layed out, with everything we needed.Love having coffee in backyard, and watching wild life. Prefect weather every day, 83+sunny. Wanted to socially distance, grilled out side for dinner. Great starting point to visit tampa/St.pete beaches. Our favorite was St. Pete beach. Neighborhood very quiet. Thank you, Sharon n John for sharing your home with us. Highly recommended.
