Fantastic Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay at Apartment Toncika. Located in a very quiet area, the apartment was exceptionally clean upon arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, the bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. There’s air conditioning in the living room and a fan provided for the bedroom, which kept things comfortable. We also appreciated having a washing machine, which worked perfectly. One of the highlights is the spacious terrace, complete with a table and chairs, offering lovely views of the old town and castle — a great spot to relax. Tonka was incredibly welcoming, and meeting her in person added a warm, personal touch to our stay. The location is excellent — just a short and pleasant walk through the marina to reach the old town. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. A truly wonderful stay!

Great location and very comfortable

We loved this property! The location is great, next to the harbor and across from the castle. It was very comfortable and homey, equipped with AC, a washing machine and everything you need. Host lived below and was very friendly.

An amazing place to stay near to Trogir Old Town

The Location is fantastic. Amazing terrace. Our host was delightful and supplied us with a welcome beer and a bottle of wine. Cafes, bars and supermarket close by and only a10 minute walk to the Old town and an excellent market, also the bus depot and the ferry to Split. There is an air conditioner in the lounge only but a pedestal fan in the bedroom was enough for us to be comfortable. Easy off street parking also supplied.

Shower is a little difficult to use and water does go everywhere if you are not careful. Flood lights shine from the car park in front and you are under a flight path HOWEVER neither of these are a problem inside. There are very efficient double glazed windows and doors.

A great place to stay in Trogir

We had a one night stay in Trogir before heading to Split to catch a ferry to do some island hopping. This is a great place to stay for a short stop in this area. The apartment has its own car parking space which means you havn't got to worry about finding somewhere to leave your car if you have one. The owner met us on arrival, showed us into the apartment and gave us a welcome beer whilst she took details she needed from our passports. The apartment has a lovely big balcony which looks out across at Trogir old town. A short walk across the bridge and you are in the old town itself. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking although we only made a simple breakfast. The lounge is a good size as is the bedroom. The bathroom is a little dated, but clean enough to use for showering etc. Although we didn't use it, the apartment also has a washing machine. A great little place for a short stop over.

The cleanliness and the friendly lady who operates the house. The full upper floor was for the private use of the guests.

The property is an older style, operated by a very pleasant lady who takes great pride in her house. A little modernising would make it first class, fantastic facilities lounge, digital TV, balcony etc for very little money.

Super clean spacious apartment with an unbeatable view.

The apartment is in a brilliant location overlooking Trogir and the marina. There is a huge terrace from which you can watch the boats coming and going. Also the private parking space is very helpful. The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings. It is probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Absolutely spotless! The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking utensils etc. The host was very welcoming.

The shower over the bath was rather awkward to use.

Perfect place! Apartment is very big and clean with all needed in the kitchen/bathroom. Location is perfect - its very close to city centre and marina ( see pic, its literally right near the apartment), view from terrace is amazing. Host - very nice woman, she doesn't speak english well but it wasn't a big issue Wifi was great Parking space is right in the yard

Perfect holidays with feel-good factor

We had great holidays at the apartment Toncika. The landlady Tončika, who is directly below, is a very friendly, noble and nice lady and she does everything for her guests, to make the stay perfect . We liked the furniture, it feels like it used to be, homely and familar. The Air condition, stove and shower works really very well, there are also a lot of TV-stations, if you like to watch tv. The bed and mattress seem to be rather new, it's very comfortable.The apartment itself is big, a lot of space for two people. The kitchen is very well equipped, you really can find more, than you will need. We relaxed a lot at the big terrace under the nice vine arbor. You can park your car directly on the property. For this great location and size of the accomodation she asks really a fair, rather cheap price, we appreciate that a lot. The shipyard is besides and you have a great view to Marina and the oldtown and Kamerlengo in front of you. Nevertheless it is very calm. To walk to the old town, you can walk directly through the ACI-Marina Trogir, it takes you just some minutes. We loved it and we hope, that we can come back some day. Thank you so much, Tonka!

Amazing place close to everything

The place is really nice! It’s cozy, with great location and perfect view to the marina that you can enjoy from your huge private terrace. Apartment has everything you might need – all kitchen appliances (you can go to Trogir fish market and prepare everything in the apartment), bed is comfortable. The host is very nice lady. Would love to stay here again!

Excellent position near the old town center, but very quiet, nice access through ACY marine for lazy walking tours. Great host. Shady terrace with beautiful views. Free parking. Our dog was very happy.
