Lovely location in Trogir

Location was amazing! Had a little rooftop terrace to enjoy. Apartment was comfortable and had everything you needed for a short stay. Key pick up was easy.

Finding the apartment was little bit difficult as there was no sign on the door. But after finding it all was good. Bathroom didn't have great water pressure but I guess this is common in old houses.

Great place to stay in Trogir

The apartment is big: living room with sofa and tv and with kitchen plus bedroom. On the top of building there is taras available with a place sit. Very nice

Great stay ruined by unprofessional handling

The location is absolutely unbeatable. While Trogir’s Old Town is already quite compact, this apartment is literally in the heart of it — just steps from everything. The apartment itself is beautiful, renovated, and very practical, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed and mattress were extremely comfortable — genuinely one of the most restful we've had while traveling. Also, the windows and shutters were excellent at blocking out noise from the lively streets outside, allowing for quiet and restful nights.

Unfortunately, our check-in experience was very poor. Although the listed check-in time was 14:00 and we arrived punctually, the apartment was not ready. We were told that the previous guest had checked out late, but this was not our responsibility. What made matters worse was the attitude: when we expressed our concern, we were simply told to “wait” with no real effort to assist us. My partner is a person with disabilities, and waiting in discomfort for almost two hours was unacceptable. It also wasn’t clearly stated in advance that the key had to be collected from a separate location — their office, which is not at the apartment itself. Because of the delay and the lack of coordination, we ended up going back and forth between the office and the apartment three times before we finally got in. Moreover, the communication via messages was quite poor. We weren’t given the necessary information for check-out in advance, and even when I proactively messaged them to ask, I received no reply — I had to walk back to their office again just to get an answer. And ironically, they only responded to my message after we had already left the city. Not ideal if you actually needed any help or additional info during your stay. Also worth mentioning: the towels, while they seemed clean, were still damp — clearly they hadn’t dried completely before being placed in the apartment.

Great once you are there...

This is a fantastic more affordable location nestled inside the compact medieval UNESCO city, which is a VERY different urban experience that either settlement opposite the island. Despite the summer tourist crunch [no covid drop when we were there], adjacent square and restaurants the rooms were quiet. The parking [once you find where it is] is a gift. The bedroom is compact, the living space efficient and kitchen just fine for a short stay. Not having to come and go from the island to be in immersed in the city ambiance was what we wanted, and being able to be there in morning light without the [other] tourists was wonderful.

If you come to get the keys, the temporary parking you need [in summer] is a nightmare. The management office is at at the far end of the island from the temporary parking and around the corner from the main access street, so a bit hidden. If you work fast, and find it quickly, and unpack, it may be free. The parking kiosk has some info in English but may be tricky for new arrivals like us. Once you get the keys and the gate access to the real parking [an easy 5 minute walk off the island] it is great. Part of this is the due to summer crowds, not the unit itself.

The best thing about Apartment Chloe is that it's located in the middle of old town and everything is really close - beach, restaurants, market and the beautiful old town of Trogir. Extra credit goes to the rooftop terrace. We spent all our evenings there before going out to a music festival.

Brilliant location, quiet but lots of wee issues that need fixed

No one came to meet us, it was late evening and we had to phone a few times before, eventually, someone came with keys. Lots of little things weren’t good - loose toilet seat, shower tray filled very quickly with water, remote for tv didn’t work, information re: apartment and places to visit virtually non-existent, light in living room didn’t work, bed wasn’t great though mattress was ok.

A very cosy, clean and functional apartment in absolut top location in Trogir. The roof terrase is really making the job. Great price to quality ratio. Recommended rather for 2 people since it's small, but 3 will fit it too. The kitchen was very well equiped (I missed the bread nife though), nice badroom and good materacce in bedroom. I strongly recommend because of the location and the roof terrase.

Perfect location, lovely apartment

The location is amazing! Right in the centre of the old town, cute little quiet street. Lovely lovely spot. The apartment is a decent size and the bed is big and comfy. The room is clean, there were lots of towels and there was good cooking facilities. The roof terrace is delightful
