Excellent communication with the host, who gave us great recommendations and even made a restaurant reservation for my friends and me. The location is perfect—within easy walking distance of the city center and many restaurants. It is a fantastic place for a short weekend getaway to enjoy the amazing food in Serbia and see the sights of Niš

Very nice, clean, and spacious room. Easy check in, went very smoothly. The host was super quick to respond and was very respectful.
Had to hold the shower head when showering. It was broken.

The owner was a nice guy and the location is good for that price. My room was clean and mostly quiet.
All doors were unlocked and anybody could have just walked in. A receptionist or a password-protected lock for the main building would be preferable, as the current setup feels borderline unsafe. The shower-head holder was unstable and would drop to the bottom and then the water would hit me in the face the whole time

There was no breakfast even though it was advertised
The location is really good and the host is friendly and responsive. But the cleanliness is definitely not up to par. The bathroom, toilet, shower curtain were very dirty. There is no sheet on the duvet, only a bottom sheet on the bed. The air conditioner made a lot of noise
