Very nice, clean, and spacious room. Easy check in, went very smoothly. The host was super quick to respond and was very respectful.
Had to hold the shower head when showering. It was broken.

The owner was a nice guy and the location is good for that price. My room was clean and mostly quiet.
All doors were unlocked and anybody could have just walked in. A receptionist or a password-protected lock for the main building would be preferable, as the current setup feels borderline unsafe. The shower-head holder was unstable and would drop to the bottom and then the water would hit me in the face the whole time

The room was good size and we could check in easily at our requested time. Street parking was ok as we did get a space near the building. Easy walking distance to Nis city centre and the Old town across the bridge.
Can be quite busy with parking on the street, yet we did find a space so it was not a problem.

There was no breakfast even though it was advertised
The location is really good and the host is friendly and responsive. But the cleanliness is definitely not up to par. The bathroom, toilet, shower curtain were very dirty. There is no sheet on the duvet, only a bottom sheet on the bed. The air conditioner made a lot of noise
