About this apartment rental
Built in 2017, approximately 600 square feet, 2 room apartment. Walk in to a wide open kitchen/living room combination with a pull out couch. Big windows with wide trim, recessed lights and central air along with driftwood grey oak floors. There is one small bedroom with a full size bed and a full bathroom that has a tub/shower combination. The apartment is above a garage so there is a flight of stairs to access it. There is a cottage on the property as well that is rented separately. There's a small fenced in yard for your use with a patio set and a grill.

This is a great bright, clean, private well situated loft style apartment in Edgartown with parking! We enjoyed our stay here which was a 5 minute drive to the beach and to Main Street Edgartown where restaurants and shops are. For a couple it was perfect and had everything we needed to enjoy a week on the Vineyard. It was very tranquil and quiet nobody bothered us. Gina the owner is easily accessible at all times and offered us a wonderful stay, we will be back!
