About this house rental
Bright, open and light filled contemporary in a wonderful Katama location - off the beaten track but within minutes of beach and town, trolley stop and bike path. First floor has living room with cathedral ceiling, lots of skylights, and 2 paddle fans, dining area, well equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower bath and laundry closet. There are three sets of sliders leading out to front and side decks creating a light, relaxing vacation destination. Two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor complete the house. Also on this large property, a good distance away and privately situated is property # 367276. These two homes can be rented together to accommodate large parties up to 10 people. All our Edgartown houses are located close by and can also be rented together to accommodate large parties. Please call for availability.

We hadn’t decided on a vacation this year until last minute. My family has long enjoyed the Vineyard and after a stressful work year we thought it would be the perfect place to stay. We found this house and so happy that we did. It’s located in a perfect area if what you’re looking for is peace quiet beautiful walks to the beach And reading our host was fantastic and extremely responsive to all of our questions. Looking forward to renting this property again.

Paul and Sandra were amazing hosts!!
The Vineyard House we stayed at was about 1400 Sq feet but felt twice as large with the high ceilings in the living room and master bedroom. The layout was perfect for a family of four upstairs plus 1-2 additional guests (third bedroom downstairs). The outdoor shower and multiple outdoor decks were two of the best features of the house. Wifi very fast. Location was perfect to bike to Edgartown or bike to Katama/South Beach. It is also very close to Katama Air Field which our kids loved (Including Katama Kitchen Restaurant).
Property is part of several Paul and Sandra own nearby but felt very private. Can also be rented with adjacent properties for larger groups. Overall, would highly recommend!!

My husband and I decided to go to the Vineyard for our tenth wedding anniversary. We are so glad we chose this property. First off this house was spotless when we arrived. It was in the perfect location. A quick drive to all the restaurants in Edgartown center as well as to the South Beach. I also absolutely loved the outdoor shower. We will definitely stay here again.
