1713 SUNSET ocean view, terrace,heated pool

Lovely 2 bed apartment with en-suite for main bedroom. Large balcony with sunbeds and furniture. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for myself in the apartment. There was parking on the complex, and there was a great view from the balcony as well.

Might not be great for people with young children or mobility issues as the complex is pretty high up.

The accommodation is in a nice residential complex. The apartment also has a balcony with a magnificent view to the Adeje coast; it faces west so great sunsets can be spotted every day. The apartment is in general very comfortable and it has everything needed to have a pleasant stay in Adeje.

The Sunset apartment is located a bit far from the coast, and up the hill. Renting a car is highly recommended.

The terrace was great - big & with a beautiful view (although it was on the first floor right next to the parkingstreet).

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The contact person who was supposed to provide us with instructions only did so at the very last moment, and even then, only after we reached out first. The instructions we received were incomplete — the video guide didn’t work, and when we asked for a working version, we were simply told it had already been sent, with no further assistance offered. The video only showed an error, and as a result, we had to wander through long corridors, trying to guess which door was the right one. There were also no clear directions to the pool. When we asked our contact for help, they said they didn’t know either, and we never received any guidance. We eventually found the pool entrance ourselves, but the pool was quite cold and didn’t seem to be heated. There was no washing machine, even though one was listed in the Booking.com description. The apartment itself felt a bit outdated and would benefit from some renovation — it looked much nicer in the photos than in reality. Sticky cupboard doors in the bedroom were particularly unpleasant, and one of the bedrooms didn't even have a window, which made it feel stuffy and dark. The view from the apartment was truly stunning and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, it’s important to note that the location is on top of a hill, which makes walking anywhere difficult, and having a car is essential for getting around. Overall, our stay was nice, but could have been much better — there were too many small issues that added up and made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.
