The Avitan Apartments have everything you’d enjoy in a holiday let to make your stay comfortable and with bags of style! The communication is excellent, deposit returned promptly and everything as said! Easy check in/out. The apartment is very clean and they have catered for every need! Water was always very hot and the beds and bedding very comfortable! Great sized apartment located in a very safe and secure gated community! We have stayed before and have now experienced both apartments and couldn’t fault them! Would highly recommend to a couple wanting that bit more space or families!

El apartamento genial todo muy limpio y muy bonito

La ubicación muy mal porque no está cerca de nada para todo necesitas el coche y hay mucha cuesta hasta llegar al apartamento eso si si quieres tranquilidad mucha pero para nosotros no nos gustó nada la ubicación no está cerca de la playa

Paying a €300 euro deposit on arrival seems over the top and as it’s returned by bank transfer we lost money due to the conversion process, this site says checkout 11-12 but cleaner arrived at 11 unaware of our checkout time and it was awkward so we felt we had to leave. So the checkout time is actually 11! Property has many stairs and is up a steep hill so won’t suit all. Bathroom door was broken (reported this) and hard to work.
