Nothing about property but trying too get a taxi too property a nightmare so be prepared for the climb uphill and the stairs😮‍💨

Die Lage war super für entspannte Tage auf dem Balkon abseits vom Touristentrubel. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz und in der Nähe sind sowohl Supermarkt als auch Restaurants. Der Balkon besticht durch eine grandiose Aussicht - der perfekte Ort um in Ruhe den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Das Bett war äußerst bequem. Es gab einen großen, beheizten Pool. Die Korrespondenz mit Juan war jederzeit problemlos und zügig. Grundsätzlich alles ok, ein wenig enttäuscht von dem Zustand der Wohnung zu diesem Preis waren wir aber schon.

Die Wohnung an sich ist schon etwas abgewohnt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ok, aber es fehlte z.b. an Schüsseln oder Handfeger/Besen. Im Bad fehlt es Abstellfläche und die Duschkabine hat die besten Jahre hinter sich.

We had a really great stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend it. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the facilities were excellent. The view is absolutely incredible — it truly makes the apartment. Waking up to that view each day was one of the highlights of our trip. The location is very good and easy to find. We were dropped off quickly by taxi when we arrived and also had a hire car during our stay. I would definitely recommend having a car, as the apartment is at the top of a very steep hill. It’s around a 25–30 minute walk down into town, which is actually a really pleasant and easy walk thanks to the little shortcuts. However, you’ll likely want to drive back up or get a taxi, but it was only about €7 from the main coastline, which was very reasonable. The host was amazing and responded to any questions within seconds, which made everything very smooth and stress-free. We were also greeted with complimentary snacks on arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch and very appreciated after travelling. The apartment was extremely well equipped. We were left bottled water, washing-up liquid, coffee, cooking oil and plenty of pots, pans and utensils. There were also shower gels and shampoos ready to use, which is really helpful when travelling as you can’t always fit everything into your luggage. The only thing we needed to purchase ourselves was washing powder to use the washing machine. There were also some facilities we weren’t expecting in a positive way. The TVs were very large and there was Alexa available, along with converter plugs and USB cables already provided — which is a very thoughtful and practical detail that even some high-end places don’t include. In terms of small improvements — these didn’t affect our stay, but are worth mentioning. The bedding and towels were very clean but quite old and slightly mismatched. Some of the towels were a little stiff. Everything was perfectly usable and hygienic, it just felt a little dated.
