Love the area which is gated, big windows and spacious. - just as the pictures show
Big television, oven, fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine
The walk-in shower was lovely.
We chose this property as I was having surgery nearby - I was collected/dropped me back off.
My partner is celiac so prefers to cook his own meals.
You can walk into the centre & attractions which are not too far away - as previously mentioned there’s a hill to climb back to the property - but this was no trouble
The weather at times was cold outside but it was always warm inside
Not got use out of the balcony due to the weather
We had an issue with the carpark gates which are electronic - I reached out to the host who left us a control to enable us to easily open these gates when leaving
Also due to a minor complication from surgery, we are having to stay a further 4 nights - thankfully it was available.
I wound have loved a microwave- which could sit on the table behind the tv.
Some smaller pans with handles - I.e heating hot milk for cereal had to use a big pan

The place is amazing, near a park with an amazing view of kaunas, perfect for a walk, even with -20 at the door. it was easy to arrive , communication with host was good and easy, the apartment is brand new, good appliances, big and very well decorated! definately i will come back!
there was an outage of water supply but was in the region. so not host fault and he was super friendly pro active explaining before

Modern, alll the essentials were included (dishes, soap, cutlery, vacuum, kettle etc.). Clean bedding, towels. Quiet neighborhood, some greenery outside and a free space for parking. Had no problem getting in even past midnight. Fast communication with the property owner. City tax included in the price. Was allowed to smoke on the balcony as long as it didn't disturb the neighbours.
Since we went by bus it was a bit inconvenient to go up and down the hill multiple times per day (just a heads up for future bookers). No microwave, downstairs can get a bit chilly at night. Also had a problem with some other booker opening our door with our door code! Thankfully we were in the apartment at the time. Even though the owner said that the door code was changed, when we came back late at night the old code was still active. Also found some fellas scurrying around the bathroom (bugs).
