Perfect!

The place is amazing, near a park with an amazing view of kaunas, perfect for a walk, even with -20 at the door. it was easy to arrive , communication with host was good and easy, the apartment is brand new, good appliances, big and very well decorated! definately i will come back!

there was an outage of water supply but was in the region. so not host fault and he was super friendly pro active explaining before

As expected but with a few presents

Modern, alll the essentials were included (dishes, soap, cutlery, vacuum, kettle etc.). Clean bedding, towels. Quiet neighborhood, some greenery outside and a free space for parking. Had no problem getting in even past midnight. Fast communication with the property owner. City tax included in the price. Was allowed to smoke on the balcony as long as it didn't disturb the neighbours.

Since we went by bus it was a bit inconvenient to go up and down the hill multiple times per day (just a heads up for future bookers). No microwave, downstairs can get a bit chilly at night. Also had a problem with some other booker opening our door with our door code! Thankfully we were in the apartment at the time. Even though the owner said that the door code was changed, when we came back late at night the old code was still active. Also found some fellas scurrying around the bathroom (bugs).

Would definitely stay here again.

Property is clean and in a great and quiet location. It is on a top of the hill in Žaliakalnis. After late evening you will have to take taxi or claim steep hill to get back to the place.

Property offers only one large towel and small towel per person. However they do have a washer and dryer in a unit

It was a modern and cozy apartment it had everything we needed. Easy to find, warm, and easy to access, private parking was available for free. We liked it.

We could not find a hair dryer. Other than that apartment is well-equipped. Some spider webs in the corners, but that did not bother us much.

Amazing apartment! I received clear instructions on where to park the car and how to enter the house and apartment. I stayed only 2 nights, but the apartment is fully equipped for a longer stay - TV, internet, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. Excellent location - 10 minutes walk from the old town, the city center.

Wonderful apartment very close to the old town

Very nice apartment at a great location. I think seeing these beautiful views from a nearby hilltop every morning and evening it made us like Kaunas more! 12 min walk to the center (right between the old and new part of it). The stairs are not an issue for anyone of average fitness. The apartment was beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed, even a few spices for cooking in the kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, and the kitchen/living room has a small balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee. Highly recommended!

Beatiful flat in beatiful surrounding

The flat is nicely furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed the localozation - it's close to the centre, but at the same time it's quiet and calm around.

Although the flat is spacious, I would rather recommend it for couples.

Absolutely stunning!

Spacious and sunny, fully equiped kitchen and definately stylish. Despite huge windows, curtains and blinds are fully blackout all over the loft so no disturbances to sleep from outside light sources. We were amazed by how every detail was thoroughly considered. A specific mention on super caring and helpful host, even our minor inconvenience of a personal character was solved out instantly. BTW don’t be misled by position on the hill - there are very nice and direct stair paths towards the main street Laisves alley if walking is preferred to driving. Parking lot nearby the appartment is super convenient, overall surroundings are quiet. Will definately come back once in Kaunas again!

Generaly it was flawless. If travelling with toddlers or having mobility difficulties, be aware that wc and shower are downstairs in the appartment.

Awesome place that I can highly recommend for busines and pleasure.

The location is great. It is on top of a hill /mountain located in the center of Kaunas. There are several parking lots available and your neighbours are welcoming too. There is plenty of space for cooking and dining - the aparment is covered in underfloor heating so it is cozy even in deep winter. I can definetly recommend this place for a business trip, but also for pleasure.

Great apartment in Kaunas, will definitely stay here again!

What you see in the pictures is what you get. Great apartment to stay near Kaunas city center, with a big living room and kitcher and a comfy bedroom with even walking closet. Everything was as we expected so definitely we would stay again if coming back to Kaunas.

We already knew it before, but being a duplex if you have big luggage or you struggle to move with stairs in the flat probably this will not be your ideal accomodation.

Super location on the beautifull hill overlooking Kaunas. Very nicely refurbished loft with everything you need for few days stay.

Access to the location a little bit difficult due to mamy streets closed and under reconstruction in the area (but this is rather complaint to the city ;-)
