The view and nature surroundings !

The view is priceless, not even the best restaurants have it ! It’s like having your own viewpoint every morning and because of that we cooked a lot at home and enjoy our meals overlooking the lake . The garden was another beautiful area to enjoy a wine or morning coffee ☕️, we travel with our two doggies and they love it also . The host was very attentive at all times with anything we needed . The reviews about the road : if you are a confident driver you won’t have a problem . To get a view in this area you might have to go over the hills through narrow roads and so ANY road that goes up the mountains 🏔️ requires driving skills , otherwise better stay down the hill . The property furnishing , kitchen items , bedding etc are not fancy , it is an old fashion design but has everything you need . The cost/ benefit you pay is fair enough and so I repeat : It’s all about it the view !!! 🫶🏻

Walk to ferry in Menaggio took around 20 mins but the pavement was narrow alongside fast road. Walk to ferry in Cadenabbia took around 30 mins but the pedestrian pathway is currently under construction and it was necessary to walk on the fast road with no pavement. However it was totally manageable and we quickly got used to it.

Outstanding views, great apartment out of town!

The view is what made this stay particularly spectacular. The apartment itself was very comfortable, the king sized mattress especially so. The apartment living spaces were spacious with the exception of the kitchen which was a little lacking in countertop space but then who wants to spend all their time in the kitchen on holiday anyway. The gardens are beautifully presented and the view of the lake is just next level. The host management company was great with communication. The check in instructions, whilst a bit complicated were very thorough.

We nicknamed the shower, 'The prison shower' for the rather exuberant firehose velocity with which the water was delivered. But it certainly left you feeling clean. The consumables we received were not enough I'm sorry to say. It would have been nice to receive more than a single tiny sachet of dishwashing liquid, 2 dishwashing tablets, 2 sachets of shampoo and body wash and just two half-rolls of toilet paper for a 5 night stay. It was just lucky that we discovered the stash of previous occupants 2 unfinished rolls had been left in the entrance sideboard cabinet. We were supplied with 2 coffee pods. 1 that fit the coffee machine and one that didn't... and no milk. It's also a requirement to dispose of your own rubbish. We did our best to during our stay but the disposal point was extremely difficult to access and it was quite a distance along roads with no footpaths as we were travelling on foot and not by car. My husband has been hit by cars twice in his life and so was understandably a bit jumpy with this situation. Perhaps a collection point at the bottom of the driveway would be a stellar improvement... The kettle lid was broken and wouldn't close properly. It would pop open while pouring and scald you with steam. There were no covers on the duvets either which we weren't sure was an oversight or not. Just a piece of friendly advice to future occupants: The driveway up to the property is quite long and windy so if you're catching the bus, try your best to jump off at the correct bus stop: 'Menaggio - Pastura' and don't ride it all the way to Menaggio like we did. It's a big walk back if you're dragging suitcases, and then up the steep hill if you miss it. In order to get these views and quiet from road noise, you need to climb a fair distance up and so in the end it was worth it though.

Perfect view

Apartment Anna was the perfect place for our holidays. The apartment's location and amenities were amazing. And the view, what a view! I have no words to describe that view. Whenever I opened the living room window, a 'uauuuu' sound came out of my mouth. Just amazing.

The apartment was cleaned, but I really think it could be better for the kitchen tools.

Quiet Apartment with HUGE garden 20min walk from Menaggio

Size of the garden was impressive

Guests are requested to dispose their rubbish by themselves on the last day - sorry, not acceptable at this price. There should be toilet paper enough for a couple of days - it is so inexpensive that this should not be a problem. I did get 2 rolls for 5 days. Same for shower gel.

Exceptional

The apartment was clean and tidy and has the most beautiful views from all windows. The location of this apartment was great for wandering and exploring nearby towns as everything was a walkable distance away. The walk up to the apartment was sometimes tricky with suitcases as it was uphill but once up there you forgot about the walk up.

Beautiful property and location but don't attempt if you have a big car or are a nervous driver!

The location is stunning, with great views over Lake Como, and the grounds are lovely. The apartment was very spacious and airy.

I appreciate it is not in your control, but the access is very difficult, and i did not feel I could use my car during my stay, having negotiated the drive up to the property once.

Lovely apartment with breath taking views on the lake

The apartment is lovely and it is in a beautiful villa surrounded by a wonderful park with stunning view on the lake Best view ever! Very comfortable double bed.

The road up to the villa is quite steep, I was too scared to go up to the house in the car so I walked up and down every time and let the others go in the car! The sofa bed was not very comfortable for two grown up children

Mooi groot appartement, maar moeilijk bereikbaar.

De toegangsweg was zelfs voor mijn kleine auto veel te smal. Bij de scherpe bochten moet je meermaals steken. Het appartement ligt op de tweede verdieping. Te bereiken via een lastige trap.

Apartament komfortowy, duży i dobrze wyposażony, w cichym miejscu. Piękny widok z apartamentu na jezioro Como, zwłaszcza na Bellagio i Varennę. Znakomite miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania miasteczek wokół jeziora. Blisko do Menaggio, nawet pieszo, choć w tym przypadku trzeba poruszać się po jezdni, ponieważ na kilkuset metrach drogi brak chodnika. Ale to nie jest aż tak istotne. Lokalna żegluga pozwala wszędzie dopłynąć.

Przyjemny i relaksujący apartament z pięknym widokiem

Apartament zlokalizowany jest w ogromnym, prywatnym i zamkniętym ogrodzie na wzniesieniu. Pozwala to odizolować się od przepełnionych turystami miejscowości i w spokoju cieszyć się pięknym widokiem z okna na jezioro. Dzięki temu niekonieczne szuka się restauracji z widokiem na jezioro, ale jednocześnie zawyżonymi z tego powodu cenami, bo mamy taki widok do dyspozycji każdego dnia. Budynek podzielony jest na kilka mieszkań, w trakcie naszego pobytu łącznie z nami zajmowały go 3 rodziny, ale nikt nikomu nie przeszkadzał i nie było żadnych zastrzeżeń. Do dyspozycji bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko, przyjemny salon wyposażony w niewielki TV z aplikacjami VOD, kuchnia wyposażona w porządku. Na terenie posesji znajduje się parking - ale o nim również w części wad. Generalnie byliśmy zadowoleni z naszego pobytu w apartamencie. Całymi wieczorami można było przesiadywać w oknie i podziwiać widoki. Jest też niedaleko do Menaggio oraz Cadenabbia skąd odpływają promy.

Było kilka wad, które na pewno nie przeważają nad zaletami, ale niestety nie można o nich nie wspomnieć. Częśc jednak dałoby się rozwiązać naprawdę niewielkim kosztem. Pierwszy problem pojawił się już przy samym przyjeździe - dojazd na samą górę, aby dostać się do apartamentu jest bardzo trudny dla większego samochodu. W naszym przypadku - przyjechaliśmy sedanem - niektóre zakręty aby wjechać czy zjechać wymagały kilkukrotnego nawracania i na szczęście mieliśmy samochód wyposażony w czujniki parkowania i kamery. Myślę, że jeśli przyjedzie się mniejszym autem to jest prościej, choć dalej może być to wyzwanie dla mniej doświadczonego kierowcy, natomiast dla dużych aut droga jest naprawdę uciążliwa. Dlatego my wyjechaliśmy na górę tylko kilka razy, a auto zostawialiśmy na dole i chodziliśmy pieszo. Ostrzeżenie przed tym powinno znaleźć się w opisie obiektu. Druga kwestia to prysznic który pamięta poprzednie stulecie - choć wyglądał ładnie, to miał trochę „więzienny” klimat ;) nie da się zbyt precyzyjnie sterować strumieniem wody która leci pod bardzo dużym ciśnieniem. Ostatnie zastrzeżenie dotyczy kwestii utrzymania apartamentu i czystości - ogólnie apartament był czysty, ale żona zauważyła w rogu pajęczynę (raczej nie wyglądała na „świeżą”) z pająkiem i był też problem z mrówkami, zwłaszcza w salonie i kuchni. Dostępna była chemia, której się nie spodziewaliśmy, jak kapsułki do zmywarki czy zestaw prysznicowy, z drugiej strony - to co w przeciwieństwie do kapsułek do zmywarki, potrzebne jest każdemu - było mało papieru toaletowego i musieliśmy dokupić zapas. Problemem są też śmieci - w cenie apartamentu jest niemała opłata za posprzątanie mieszkania, a to my jako goście zobowiązani jesteśmy do pozbycia się opadów na koniec wyjazdu do koszu które są w ogóle poza posesją. W takiej lokalizacji i przy takich cenach nie powinno to mieć miejsca. Mimo opisanych wad polecamy to miejsce.

Superbe vue

La maison et l'appartement offrent une vue incroyable sur le lac et Bellagio, c'est très romantique, surtout le matin et le soir. Le parc est magnifique, avec des petits endroits reposants. Place de parking, l'appartement est grand, propre et confortable, dispose de tout. Irina est très serviable et attentionnée, tout c'est très bien passé. Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans ce petit paradis

Le chemin d'accès est un peu délicat (étroit), surtout la première fois, après on s'habitue. J'avais un suv 4.50m, un pick-up avec une benne, pas possible

Prachtige accomodatie met geweldig uitzicht

Het uitzicht, fijne keuken. Met een kindje van 1,5 jaar oud handig om hapjes te bereiden. Heerlijk bed en genoeg kastruimte om je spullen in op te bergen. Accomodatie ligt heel centraal, vanuit hier pak je makkelijk de ferry of auto om de dorpjes rondom het Comomeer te bezoeken. Goed onderhouden tuin rondom de accommodatie bevindt

De oprit ligt aan een drukke weg waar voornamelijk auto's rijden. Eenmaal door de automatische hekken rij je een steile oprit omhoog. Beloning is dan wel het prachtige uitzicht. Wij voelden ons niet comfortabel om met de kinderwagen over de weg te lopen waardoor we alles met de auto deden.
