Really well presented, had a luxury feel to the bed and bathroom. Fully equipped for self catering with everything you could need. Lovely quiet and private location.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, but as a suggestion it would be really useful if the garden was enclosed so that guests with dogs could let them out in the garden while in the hot tub. Our dog hates to be tethered and so we had to leave him in the cottage while we used the hot tub.

Great location, nicely kept. House and grounds were beautiful. Quiet, peaceful.
There was a bit of an ant problem. WiFi was awful - they said in the book that this was because they were in the country, but I struggled to connect to the AP in the cottage even when in the same room. £30 surcharge for use of the hot tub seems cheeky when you’re paying £170 a night. Also this wasn’t made very clear at the start (without going into the full list of facilities on booking.com).

Wonderfully quiet, high quality decor and furnishings, secluded location, very clean, fantastic hot tub!
Poor WiFi. Otherwise very minor things… A bit of milk for a cup of tea on arrival, a few spare plates and glasses and a kitchen utensils were very basic
