Conclusion: We loved the house, no matter what.

Nice and big house for 2 families with children. There was a little decorated Christmas tree, and our children were very happy about this. There are 2 toilets wich is very good when there are many in the house, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds There is everything you need in the kitchen, big refrigerator and a huge freezer, both oven and microwave oven, a dishwasher and even tablets for dishwasher. Big table with place til 8 persons, baby chair. It was clean and warm. Nice sauna and fireplace that we used. We played also outside.

Washing machine did not work. It came a lot of water on the floor under the bathtube when we used one of the showers. The light in the kitchen is very poor, that was quite irritating. We rented a car, otherwise is not so easy when you have small children. The first day we arrived, we were constantly getting electric from everything. My fingers were hurting when i had to put on the pillowcases and duvet. Children complained all the time. But the next days were ok. Maybe to give an idea to the host to use enough washing balsam when washing the blankets ?

Kids got excited when they saw the Jacuzzi bath. But it operates as a regular bath. Jets are not in use. Not a big issue.

Absolutely fabulous

We had a fabulous stay in Villa Lehmus. The host was so helpful and the house itself was perfect for us as a large family. Great value for money. The kitchen was fully equipped, house was toasty warm, rooms were a great size and Sauna was fabulous. The view from the property was also amazing. We used taxis to travel to and from the airport - around €40 per trip and we also used taxis everyday to travel to and from SCV and Santa Park- again around €40 each way. I would totally recommend this property.

Lovely place to stay, could not fault it

A lovely place to stay, had everything we could need and added bonus of its own sauna.

Nothing we didn’t like but about 10 mins from central Rovaniemi so would recommend a car for getting to places

Superb

We really enjoyed our stay, thanks! Everything was as expected. We really enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi after a cold day outside. The location is picturesque and quiet. We had a car so the distance from the Rovaniemi center was not a problem for us. Fully equipped kitchen. A gorcery store a short drive away.

We were only one family so everthing was sufficient for us, but the house only has one functional bathroom. The other one has a small sink in it, no showering option, which might be a bit uncomfortable if there is more people staying.

Absolutely fantastic property for 2 families. Great location beside the river, sauna, massive jacuzzi bath, basic essentials in house, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and free wifi Heating in the house was exceptional to the extent that it was nearly too warm! Fantastic property

Nos encanto la casa. Tenía todas las comodidades, tres dormitorios grandes y dos baños. Pudimos darnos un baño y disfrutar de la sauna. Sin duda repetiria si volviera.

Deludente, peccato

La posizione, la vista sul fiume, la sauna

La casa era sporchissima, nessuno aveva pulito dopo il precedente soggiorno. I letti avevano le lenzuola sporche e vecchie dei precedenti inquilini. Alcune luci nelle stanze non funzionavano, la vasca idromassaggio non era davvero idromassaggio perché non funzionava e quindi era una vasca normale, non c'era abbastanza carta igienica per tutti noi (eravamo in 6) per i 4 giorni di pernottamento, alcune finestre non si chiudevano bene e quindi entravano spifferi di gelo da fuori e dato che c'erano - 20°C fuori, il freddo che entrava era molto. Dopo avere segnalato le problematiche alla proprietaria, ci è stato detto che avrebbe aperto una segnalazione alla ditta di pulizie, ma comunque nessuno è mai venuto a risolvere i problemi o a pulire la casa, costringendo noi a stare nello sporco o a pulire per conto nostro. Peccato perché la casa ha un ottimo potenziale, ma non viene sfruttato al meglio.

Una maravilla de ubicación y estancia

La casa es espectacular, súper amplia y bien organizada para todos los que éramos. En la entrada hay un espacio super grande para dejar botas y chaquetas y así no manchar la casa. La sauna y la bañera (no va el jacuzzi) son geniales, con acceso directo al patio. Y las vistas frente al lago una fantasía. Nos ha encantado y hemos estado súper a gusto todos.

Creíamos que había jacuzzi pero me dijo la anfitriona que es bañera.
