About this house rental
Relax & totally unwind in this gorgeous sophisticated beach home, just 45minutes from Sydney CBD. No need to go anywhere, as there is a gorgeous pool, huge backyard, BBQ /entertaining deck & amazing great room with high ceilings to chill out.
There is room for 10 people to stay, either two couples with kids, or a large family gathering. Awesome 3 metre long outdoor table on the deck for entertaining, window seat overlooking the garden to relax with a book whilst watching kids in the pool. Two living areas to with plenty of space for everyone.
10minute walk to gorgeous Avalon Beach or nearby Whale Beach, take your pick. Walk to local Vietnamese bakery and boutique coffee shop. Avalon is a great village, just a bike ride away, with gorgeous clothing and homewares shops, cool organic cafes, cinema and supermarket. Beach holiday village lifestyle at it's best.

Great facilities - pool, flat yard, trampoline...our 4 year old loved it!Great location - a good walk to whale beach and Avalon town centre...Other eateries & convenience store closer by.Spacious home, ducted air & ceiling fans. Wonderful hosts
