The Space
Perfect for families and groups, our spacious beach home offers multiple living areas, generous bedrooms and effortless indoor-outdoor living—all just a five-minute flat walk to Avalon Village and six minutes to Avalon Beach.
Upstairs
The upper level features three spacious bedrooms, a family bathroom with bath, and a second living room stocked with books, games and children’s toys.
Two bedrooms with Queen beds.
One large family bedroom with two Queen beds and a single daybed (full-size mattress).
It’s the perfect retreat for children or an additional family.
Main Living Level
The heart of the home is a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that flows seamlessly onto the outdoor entertaining spaces.
The dining table can seat 12 guests, while the master suite offers a King bed and private ensuite.
Downstairs Retreat
Ideal for grandparents, teenagers or guests wanting extra privacy, the lower level includes a Queen bedroom, ensuite, separate living area and kitchenette with sink.
Outside you’ll find an undercover area with a table tennis table to keep everyone entertained.
