Perfectly designed for relaxed coastal living, this five-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers space, style, and serenity just 45 minutes from the Sydney CBD. With direct access to the sand and surf from your backyard, this property is ideal for family getaways, small group retreats, or coastal escapes with friends.
The Space
Inside, the home boasts an open-plan layout that maximises the stunning oceanfront setting. Large windows and sliding doors flood the home with natural light and open onto expansive decks, allowing you to soak up the views from sunrise to sunset.
- 5 generous bedrooms: including multiple queen and double beds, ideal for up to 14 guests.
- 2 bathrooms: thoughtfully appointed and functional for group stays.
- Open-plan kitchen & dining: fully equipped for home-cooked meals with an ocean backdrop.
- Multiple living zones: perfect for entertaining, relaxing, or watching the waves roll in.
- Fast Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities included for comfort and convenience.
- Private backyard access to the beach: no streets to cross, just a path to the sand.

THINGS TO KNOW
* This property is suitable for babies or children and we provide a highchair and travel cot, however, we do not provide the linen.
* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
* Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes. Contact us for rates and booking details!
HOUSE RULES
* Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.
* No smoking allowed
* Strictly No parties or events allowed.
* No Pets allowed.
* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.
* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.
* Max 14 overnight guests, 7 day visitors, 21 people total at any time.
* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).
* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.
* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.
* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).
* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.

Beautiful house, sleeps 12 comfortably. The views are either beautiful or spectacular. The sound of waves beating the sands, the salt air filling each breath, just perfect. 5 minutes from everything you could want.. will be back for sure

We absolutely loved The Bungan. The house was stunning with wonderful views of the beach. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us and it well equipped with everything we needed.

Great views of ocean private beach is nice. Property does not have AC and many bugs full the property when you keep windows open to lower heat in the house. Beds are uncomfortable.
