About this house rental
Come and have the perfect beach holiday in our spacious luxury home. Stunning panoramic views of the beach and Barrenjoey from almost every room.
Enjoy the beautiful heated pool* or lounge in the cabana, deck or ocean facing lawn.
The large upper balcony is a guest favourite with plenty of spots to dinner or relax. The property position is sheltered from the wind on most days.
We take pride in our well stocked kitchen with a large range of essentials like teas and coffee for the espresso machine and items like spices, oils and vinegars and a large supply of cleaning and washing products.
The upper level has A/C and the lower level hall and all bathrooms have heated floors in the colder months.
Off street parking for 7 cars. A bath and beach towel for each guest.
Extra mid-stay cleaning as an optional extra by request.
We are always available to assist with requests or problems and do our very best to make sure our guests have the perfect stay.
*Pool heating not available in winter

WE truly loved everything about this house - it is in the most amazing position with views down the beach you never actually want to leave it and it’s just beautifully done with seating areas everywhere to tempt you to sit and stay. It has everything you want inside including all sorts of kitchen things and beach towels to make your stay super easy. I would love to come back - I’m missing it already!

We had a fantastic stay at Carabella beach house Palm Beach, it was everything we had hoped for and more. The location and views were brilliant, walk to everything, well equiped kitchen, perfect for sharing great dining experiences with my Family.
