The entry level features open-plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces designed for easy entertaining, along with a master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite, plus two additional queen bedrooms and a second bathroom. All bedrooms on this level are fitted with split system air conditioning for year-round comfort.
Upstairs, a loft-style retreat provides a dedicated kids’ zone with three single beds and its own air conditioning, offering older children a private and fun space to unwind. Downstairs, a spacious rumpus room complete with bean bags and air conditioning creates a second living area for children and teens. This level also includes a fifth bedroom, third bathroom, laundry, and a bunk room featuring a tri-bunk and additional bunk beds — thoughtfully designed as a dedicated teenage retreat.
