El lugar muy lindo la vista hermosa todo muy tranquilo

Uno de los baños principales no estaba limpio, no hay personal para atención, el contacto tardó mucho para responder, le daban mantenimiento a la alberca y no se podía usar al 100%. Por 4-5 horas, nos corrieron de las albercas de al lado nunca llegaron las pulseras para usar las otras torres según podríamos ir, la lavadora no funcionaba bien

Beautiful and peaceful location. The condo had everything you could need. Super clean and spacious. Carmen and Alma were very communicative and gave great information. I had inquired about checking in early, they did let me know there was a guest leaving the day of my check-in and it might not be possible but they offered us to go to the pool or give us access to the other location. The date of my check-in they texted me well before my check-in time and let me know that the condo was ready because the guest had left earlier and I could check in. Talk about going above and beyond! I am already looking forward to my return.

I have been looking for a place to just unplug and relax and this is exactly it !!!! We loved it so much we plan on returning very very soon !

The privacy

There was a loud ring for 3 days straight it didn't stop I recorded it and showed them because how loud it was and they didn't do anything till almost my last day there. The AC wasn't working correctly and again they did nothing not offer a better room or a discount on my next stay. I wanted to be happy for this new resort but I'm not sold on it after what I experienced.
