Encanto Living One Bedroom Unit by Kivoya

Nice and clean, perfect

Jacuzzi wasn’t working in my suite

The proximity to the beach and the pools of course. Also how spacious the unit was with kitchen bathroom and balcony, it felt homey.

Some of the units could use renovations as well as the outside property in front and I wish there could be staff availability more frequently.

Peaceful and quiet.

This unit specifically needs some attention. The unit smelled stale, old, moldy and dated like one that someone had wiped down with cleaner in an attempt to mask the bad smell. The master bedroom shower head needs replacing as the water sprays everywhere and not just within the shower. There was no bath mats provided outside the shower to catch the excess water on the floor, so one has to use a towel. The shower door makes a loud pop sound when opened and needs repairing. One of the mirrors had tape reside on the glass as if something had been removed but not wiped properly or it was stained. The same tape residue was found on the trim of the door to the master bedroom. The hot tub in the patio was out dated and jets discolored, making it undesirable to even consider using. Both sinks in the master bathroom drain very slow, causing dirty water to sit in the sink for too long. There were empty, rusty salt and pepper shakers on the shelf. It would have been nice for the unit to include, simple salt, pepper and sugar, so one wouldn’t have to go and buy those basics for a short stay rental. The blender was missing its cover, so that we couldn’t not use. The patio furniture outside had torn fabric and most of the wood furniture inside the unit was scratched, scuffed and has seen better days. Overall the unit was clean, but looked worn.
