Unit was clean, pools and facilities were clean. Carmen the prop manager was great to work with. Got to spend a day at the Mayan Palace which was a nice treat. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

My family has stayed next door at Luna Blanca many times. This was our first time at Encanto. We love the location , which keeps us coming back year after year. Amazing views, unrivaled stretch of beach, great facilities and very helpful staff.
The condo itself left a lot to be desired. The or those, for its price, should be in much better condition. All of the window coverings were either tattered, or falling off of the rods, or did not actually cover the entire windows. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped. I’ve experienced much better next door at LB. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but this property has some deferred maintenance needs that don’t make it worth the high price.
