The location, the reaction of the staff when was needed to fix some technical problem, the apartment itself. Basically all. And just a note as I saw that previous guests complained about the wi-fi - we did not experience any problems and can say it was excellent.
Small details can be still refined but it is a great place overall.

La casa è molto ampia e si trova a un minuto dal centro. Eravamo in due e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Dotata di ogni comfort e necessità. La temperatura della casa è perfetta durante il periodo estivo. Vicina alle scalinate per scendere in spiaggia. Dotata di aria condizionata e di ventilatore da soffitto. L’abbiamo affittata per una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo!
Il segnale all’interno della casa è debole a causa delle mura troppo spesse, MA la casa è dotata di un router Wi-Fi. Consigliamo ai proprietari e ai futuri affittuari di orientare le antenne del router verso una finestra (aperta se possibile) piuttosto che verso i muri. In questo modo, il segnale Wi-Fi può essere ampliato in tutta la casa.

Fabulous location in a quiet square, but near enough to everything. Spacious apartment, fairly well equipped, washing machine a bonus on our travels. Clean apartment. Loved our stay here.
WiFi was erratic. Shower missing a door....
