Angesichts des günstigen Preises im Verhältnis zur Größe und Ausstattung des Hauses waren wir erst etwas skeptisch. Doch die tatsächlichen Verhältnisse übertrafen die Beschreibung sogar noch- die Großzügigkeit der Räume und der Terrasse, die zwar schon ältere, aber sehr wertige Einrichtung, die den besonderen Charme eines Landhauses ausmachte, der super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber Lorenzo direkt nebenan, die Freizeitmöglichkeiten mit Tischtennis und Boule und für uns als Hundeliebende die einfach umwerfende Hündin von Lorenzo, die bei uns zu Besuch kommen durfte. Trotz der etwas abgelegenen Lage waren wir mit dem Auto auch schnell in dem schönen Ort Pedaso und an der Adria.

Eigentlich war alles gut, nur das WLAN schwächelte etwas. In einigen Schränken lagerte ziemlich viel privater Hausrat, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, es gab immer noch mehr als genug Stauraum. Und Google Maps hat(te) Schwierigkeiten, es zu finden.

A beautiful house with a soul, designed in a classic Italian style. The attention to detail is amazing—even the ceramic light switches are hand-painted! The place was spotless and fully equipped with everything you need if you want to cook. The large, beautiful Italian kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The owner, Lorenzo, is incredibly nice and helpful; he gave us fantastic recommendations on where to go for the best local food. Highly recommended!

La strada per arrivare alla casa è un po problematica

The house is located in a very beautiful and peaceful place. There is a beautiful view on the sea and the mountains. The 2 beautiful towns of Monterubbiano and Moresco are located in the nearby hills and can be visited by walk in less then hour. The closest beach is about 15 minutes by car. The host lives right next door and is very helpful in case of the house and surrounding area. We spent a very nice time in this house.
