Splendido panorama, ottima colazione, camera accogliente
La pulizia lasciava a desiderare, soprattutto l’asse del water ed il copriletto che erano macchiati e davano proprio di sporco. Abbiamo anche trovato un paio di mutande (pulite spero) appese al termosifone della camera da letto.

Vista panoramica eccezionale con possibilità di scattare foto in notturna del centro di Fermo. Colazione con ampia scelta di prodotti sia dolci (prodotti dalla proprietaria) che salati.
Le chiavi di accesso alle stanze interne sembrano tutte uguali e assomigliano a quelle delle porte interne di ogni normale abitazione mentre sarebbe preferibile che la proprietà adottasse serrature con chiavi dentellate, molto più difficili da aprire da parte di terzi.

Ho prenotato a colle dei falchi ingolosita dalla colazione genuina, e ne è valsa la pena! Inoltre la posizione è proprio bella, meraviglioso panorama
Avendo pernottato di sabato (eravamo stati avvisati) non mi è piaciuto molto che ci fosse musica e chiasso al ristorante sotto fino alle 1:30. Non è una critica perché sapevamo potesse succedere, immagino che infrasettimanale sia più tranquillo. Il ristorante in compenso è molto buono, da provare!
