Het is een prachtig ruim huis met een geweldig balkon zowel beneden als boven. Wij zaten alleen maar op het overdekte balkon wat ideaal was met de kleine kinderen. Alles was afgesloten en je had goed overzicht. De schuifdeuren naar de hal en keuken waren ook erg praktisch. Het uitzicht van het dakterras is geweldig. De afstand naar de baai is echt maar een paar minuten lopen. De baai zelf is adembenemend en erg schoon. Heel fijn dat er gewassen kan worden zeker met een grote groep.
Wanneer de wasmachine in gebruik is ruik je een rioollucht buiten op het balkon. Een stofzuiger mistte wij omdat je ongemerkt toch zand en stof binnen hebt.
