About this villa rental
Access to the sea under the house : diving and private scale from 15th May until 20 September. Beach is very close from the house.
Chairs, seating, hammocks, deckchairs, sunbed, armchairs;
House 200 m2 of living space, with air-conditioning system in every bedrooms, two terraces and garden, great room facing the sea and 4 rooms around the patio garden give fresh air. A fire place and heating for winter.
The house is ideally located, near the natural park of cala mondrago, at few minutes from the little charming port of Porto Petro
Access to the sea under the house: diving board and private ladder from May 15th to September 15th.
Chairs, bench, hammock, sun loungers, armchairs; fully equipped kitchen, separate washing machine.
House 200 m2 of living space, plus two terraces and a large interior patio, a large bedroom facing the sea and 4 bedrooms around the flowered patio with a small well. Reversible air conditioning for winter in all rooms. The house is ideally located, facing the natural park of Cala Mondrago.
I recommend the beautiful moonrise over the sea and the starry skies from the upper terrace, the barbecue on the patio, day dreaming in the hammock, numerous yachts and boats that pass over the sea.
Ideal for families with children, adolescents, youth, retirees and friends of course.

I recommend the beautiful moonrises over the sea as well as the starry skies from the upper terrace, the barbecue in the patio, the daydreaming in the hammock, the many sailboats and boats that pass over the sea.
Ideal for families with children, teenagers, young people, retirees, and friends of course.
Mild and sunny climate all year round
a lumpsum for electricity and water is included into the price if passed, it will be deduced from deposit. You can also give water to the garden having fresh air into the patio.
if not covered by the fees of the website, Final cleaning house 150€ and cleaning sheets and two towels per person to pay in cash 25€ at your entrance. if the house is dirtier and it take more hours than 10 hours payed to clean, hours more will be deduced from deposit... normaly not.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Isabelles Ferienhaus. Man ist sehr privat und fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Uns hat der eigene Zugang zum Meer sehr gefallen. Man kann wunderbar schorcheln und ist weit weg vom Massentourismus. Isabelle legt viel Wert darauf, dass man das Haus in Ordnung hält und Strom nicht verschwendet. Das ist nur verständlich, da das Haus auch oft von ihrer Familie genutzt wird. Vielen Dank für alles.

Vom 15.7. bis 27.7.2018 haben wir, das heisst 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und vier Jugendliche unsere Sommerferien in der Villa Solana verbracht. Isabelle ist eine sehr nette, freundliche Frau, welche dafür sorgt, dass man sich schnell gut organisieren kann im Haus. Die Lage direkt am Meer mit eigenem Meerzugang, in der Nähe von wunderschönen Stränden ist perfekt. Die Region "Portopetro, Cala Figuera, Santanyi" gefällt uns sehr gut, da es noch keine grossen Hotelklötze gibt. Ein Mietauto für die Einkäufe ist ein Muss.
