This newly built finca is located in a rural and very quiet location near the village of Es Llombards.
From the upper terrace you have a beautiful view to the south of the island of Cabrera, as well as to the east of the church of the town of Santanyi, which is also known for its colorful market days.
A large number of sandy beaches and picturesque bays can be reached quickly by car. The finca has a usable area of 350m2.
The center is the spacious dining kitchen of over 50m2, in which every cook friend will feel comfortable. This also offers access to the beautiful, covered terrace with dining table.
Another terrace offers an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and seating. A coal and new gas grill from Weber rounds off the program. A beefer was included in the program. A great toy for barbecue lovers - not only that - a great taste experience, not only for meat, but also ideal for fish and vegetables. There is also a cookbook for this.
All 5 bedrooms have been individually decorated with love and each have a bathroom en suite and air conditioning. A guest toilet is available on the ground floor.
Many large window areas provide a light-flooded atmosphere.
The finca is located on a 20,000 sqm plot with an attractive garden plant around the property. Children can play undisturbed here.
The spacious pool area cools you down in the hot summer days.
Thanks to the underfloor heating and the fireplace, the finca can also be used comfortably in the winter months.

Great place to relax with your family. Large pool, fully equipped outdoor and indoor kitchen. Communication with the owner and check in was super friendly.
Only thing to improve, nicer sun beds at the pool area.

we spent here 1 week in August . We were 4 family, 8 adults and 4 children . The house has everything you can desire. Every rooms is comfortable but the main room is a dream. you can find all the tools in the kitchen that you desire. The swimming pool and the out side area is perfect to have dinners. Thorsten is the guy who supported us during these days and he is very nice and professional. The house is in a very quite area. In the dark it was not so easy to reach , it took us a couple of days to find it easily but the place is really the paradise.

Unsere Reisegruppe (8 Erwachsene, vier Kinder) hat im Mai 2015 den Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, das Haus in top Zustand und die Umgebung sehr gepflegt. Es mangelt an Nichts. Die räumliche Anordnung der Zimmer erlaubt auch eine gute Privatsphäre im gemeinsamen Haus, welches mit der luxuriösen Wohnküche einen schönen Mittelpunkt hat. Der Aussenbereich erlaubt ebenfalls schönes Zusammensein. Es hat um den Pool herum genügend Liegen und Schattenplätze, was sonst leider eher rar in solchen Häusern ist. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
