Had a great time, amazing staff, comfortable beds, free parking, free transit passes & bday prosecco

Super friendly and attentive staff, very comfortable beds, tea in rooms, parking, transit passes. Also, my daughter had her 22nd birthday during our stay and the hotel left a bottle of prosecco in the room. That gesture was so thoughtful, we were so surprised and loved it!

No air conditioning, one of our 2 rooms was super hot and the little fan did not much, it was hard to sleep. Instant coffee powder would have been a "nice to have".

Lovely room in a great location. The town is so pretty and your very central. The staff were really helpful with the check in and our process and there was parking on site.

Purtroppo....

La stanza era piccola ma carina ed accogliente e molto pulita

Siamo arrivati il pomeriggio ed abbiamo trovato la stanza fredda, abbiamo dovuto chiamare la signora per far partire la caldaia!La brutta sorpresa, la mattina niente acqua calda! Non ci siamo potuti lavare perché l'acqua era ghiaccio fuso!!! La signora ci ha detto che c'erano problemi con la caldaia, purtroppo può succedere...ma al checkout ci aspettavamo come minimo uno sconto... invece tanti mi dispiace e basta!

Zentrale Lage trotzdem ruhig

Der Service am Telefon bei der Anreise war unkompliziert. Bei Problemen wurde uns unmittelbar geholfen. Für unsere eBikes gab es einen geräumigen, abschließbaren Abstellraum mit Lademöglichkeit.

Der Schlüssel für das Türschloss an der Hauseingangstür passte nicht mehr gut ins Schloss, so dass wir nachts nicht mehr ohne Hilfe ins Haus gekommen sind. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein und neben dem Bett war auf einer Seite offensichtlich die Ablage abgebrochen. Schade für eine sonst empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Schön aber enttäuschend

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt, was für uns ein wichtiger Punkt ist. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal – zentral und gut erreichbar mit genügend Parkplätze. Besonders angenehm war der einfache und reibungslose Check-in, der ohne Probleme funktionierte. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Trotz des schönen und gemütlichen Gemeinschaftsbalkons, auf dem das Rauchen erlaubt ist, hielten sich einige Gäste nicht an die Regeln. Bei unserer Ankunft war unser Zimmer daher stark vom Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch belastet, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigte. Auch der Gemeinschaftsraum roch morgens intensiv nach Rauch. Die Unterkunft zeigte zwar Verständnis für die Unannehmlichkeiten, könnte jedoch mit einer konsequenteren Durchsetzung der Regeln ihr Potenzial wesentlich besser ausschöpfen.

Schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber! Tolle Lage und gratis Parkplätze. Viele Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und das Personal super freundlich.

Ottimo soggiorno, host molto cordiali e disponibili

I proprietari sempre disponibili e cordiali, anche quando abbiamo avuto bisogno in orari tardivi sono sempre stati veloci a rispondere. Posizione ottima per qualsiasi tipo di viaggio uno debba fare. Disponibilità di camere. Pulizia ottima. Abbiamo soggiornato più volte presso questa struttura in quanto ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Sinceramente non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema con la struttura o i host di essa. Abbiamo mandato più persone e nessuno ha mai avuto alcuna lamentela.

In den Mondscheinrooms war kein guter W-Lan Empfang. Die Gastgeber haben sofort reagiert und mich ins Haupthausverlegt. SUPER großes Zimmer TOP Modern und super W-LAN
