This beautiful ranch like house is located in a quite neighborhood with complete privacy, minutes from Fiesta Texas, The Shops At La Cantera, Sea World, restaurants, family activities, nightlife, Palladium, bowling, Golf course and more. House includes 2 master suites, game room with pool table, covered patio with sitting area, huge deck with dining area, BBQ grill, outdoor fire pit, Cornhole, private Mini Golf, private pool, a huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and plenty of private parking.

This 2250 Sqf home includes 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The 2 master suites include queen beds and the 2 other rooms each include bunk bed and a trundle bed which opens up to an additional bed. There is also a folding bed available so this house can sleep a total of 13 people. Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TV's which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. Plenty of free private parking is available. You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard and the private pool. There is also a private patio to sit and relax. You will have plenty of private parking.

I can’t blame you if you will want to stay most of your vacation in this home. Rest your tired legs on the sofa or armchairs as you watch the flat-screen TV in the living room. Relax on the back terrace and fenced-in lawn, or sit on the swing in the front porch. Enjoy the privacy of the huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and Pecan Trees. Play fun games or pool in the well equipped game room. Jump into your private pool and enjoy the charming outdoor fire pit while sitting with your family or friends watching the moon light, dine in the fabulous dining table outside on the huge deck and not to forget the professional BBQ set, that is waiting only for you. After recently adding string lighting all around, the backyard transforms into a soothing, atmospheric retreat as soon as the sun goes down. I can assure you will Iove it!

You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park that is located a few minutes walking from the house, which also includes volleyball and playground for kids plus more shaded area for bbq.

This home is located a few minutes from restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, Fiesta Texas Six-flags, La Cantera, The RIM shopping, Palladium, Lifetime fitness, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf, USAA and more. This location is perfect for your San Antonio vacation! Close to Loop 1604 and I-10. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away.

- Any event requires full pre-approval and planning with the host directly prior to booking. While I aim to accommodate requests, unauthorized events will result in heavy fines & event will be immediately closed. If you would like to arrange a small gathering or an event, please reach out to me prior to booking so we can discuss options or additional requirements. Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- There is a dummy camera facing the street on the front of the house.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Pool Size 18 feet round and 4 feet deep.
- Pool is not heated.
- Pool will be closed due to winter from November 15th until February 1st.
- Please note, this property embraces Texas roots, and while I ensure the upkeep, cleanliness and comfort, it may not offer a modern luxury aesthetic. Embrace the unique character for an authentic stay.
- On the side of the house there is an occupied mother in-law suite with a completely separated entrance. it is not shared with the house in any way and it is surrounded by a fence so you can rest assured to have complete privacy.
