Ride coasters at Six Flags, explore SeaWorld, or stroll the iconic River Walk — then come home to your own private oasis. This 4BR/2.5BA home sleeps 16 (about 8 adults) with a private pool, putting green, game room, gym, fire pit, BBQ, fast Wi-Fi, and workspace. Easy Loop 1604 access: SeaWorld 8 min, Six Flags 20 min, River Walk 22 min. Family vacations, weddings, military graduations, sports tournaments, and remote-work getaways all welcome.
Most visitors will use a car—the neighborhood is car-first with surface streets and good access to Loop 1604 and Military Drive. Rideshares/taxis are widely available though wait times are longer late at night. Public transit coverage exists (VIA Metropolitan Transit bus routes run along nearby major roads such as Military Drive and Wurzbach Parkway), but trips by bus to downtown or other parts of the city require transfers and take substantially longer than driving. There are parks and walking on neighborhood streets, but limited continuous sidewalks on some blocks; bicycle access is best for local short trips rather than long commuting. Nearby shopping, groceries and casual dining are a short drive (5–15 minutes) via Military Drive or NW Military Highway.
