Balkon, cicha lokalizacja.
Mała przestrzeń, łazienka w piwnicy, brak klimatyzacji, brak możliwości włączenia Tv(brak instrukcji). Wysoka cena w stosunku do wartości.

Dobra lokalizacja, dużo miejsca dla 4 osób, ciepło, podobało się zarówno mnie jak i moim znajomym.

Lokalizacja, rozmiar i układ mieszkania (oddzielne lozka w jednej sypialni). W lokalu jest czysto.
Wyposażenie I umeblowanie ma robić wrażenie starego ale raczej robi wrażenie zużytego. W kuchni brakuje gniazdek wiec albo czajnik albo ekspres. Łazienka na dole nieco posępna I ciemna. Wiele sprzętów wymaga odświeżeń lub wymiany np gniazdka elektryczne wypadają lub nie działają np koło pralki trzeba wiec ciągnąć przedłużacz aby ja uruchomic, umywalką ma głębokie pęknięcia, deska wc ruchoma, kabel lampki w w pokoju zlepiony taśmą izolacyjną.
