Delightful stay near the beach
This is a nicely located exceptionally clean and well maintained. I was very comfortable. This location is a short walk from the beach and central attractions.
There is only one bathroom, on more than one occasion I really needed to go but could not because it was occupied. This was a pity and the only discomfort I experienced.

Perfect location, great price, super clean facilities and ample storage space for clothes in wardrobes
Great location at a great price- close to the beaches and close to shops and restaurants and Monciak. Plenty of towels, washing machine with a clothes drier available at no extra cost, dishwasher. Flat was cleaned daily- super clean, lovely marble bathroom. Overall I would recommend and I would come back.
Kitchen is a bit small so it is hard to dine there once you cooked your food. Shared bathroom- when the whole flat is at a max capacity, then about 8 people share 1 bathroom. During our stay it wasn’t an issue for us, we never struggled to access the bathroom but it may be an issue for some to share a bathroom with other guests. Beds were a bit uncomfortable- good enough for my young kids and for me but for adults maybe a more comfortable frame and a mattress would be great. The owner told me she will be changing beds for the next season so then I think the room will be superb.

Great price/quality stay for 5 nights in a quiet area close to the beach.
I enjoyed my stay. It was great place for one person on a 5-night trip to the Tri-City. The property has a nice big kitchen with all the equipment needed for cooking, and every guest has their own shelf to store food in the fridge. Bathroom is also spacious, with both shower and bath options, plus towels, basic toiletries & hairdryer. The room had enough hangers for clothes, and in the kitchen I found a nice selection of tea & coffee. Wi-Fi worked well enough to hold video conferences. Location is a stone's throw from the seaside & the Sopot Muzeum in one direction, and the railway & FlixBus station in other direction.
The pendant light in my room was quite dull, not enough to read a book after sunset, and the additional small lamp next to the bed was blinking and not working. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Amazing
I loved the place, felt like home there. Super cosy, beautiful design made with love (even better than the in photos here) . My room was little, but it had everything I needed, enough space for clothes and other things (shelves, hangers, little wardrobe). The bathroom is just luxirious, with marbles, having both a shower and a bath. I especially appreciate the staff. Ita was super friendly and helpful, she met me in the place, showed me everything around and even sent SMS that the room would be ready earlier than official check-in time and I could come there.
