Apartament na parterze z oddzielnym wejściem (trochę źle oznaczonym), ale za to bardzo blisko morza i atrakcji Sopotu. Apartament wygodny, aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony.

Świetna lokalizacja na mapie Sopotu - blisko molo, Monciak, dworzec kolejowy. Mieszkanie dobre na spędzenie weekendu, o ile planujesz tylko tam spać. Wygodne łóżko. Dobry kontakt z właścicielami.
Wejście do mieszkania troszkę straszy, szczególnie nocą - rozumiem, że nie jest to zależne od właścicieli. Mieszkaniu przydałby się remont. Zalane ściany w sypialni, problem z dostępem do gniazdek i nieszczelne okno także w tym pokoju. Grzejnik w łazience straszy. W kabinie prysznicowej brak drzwi, za to powieszona zasłonka (do tej pory podziwiamy czyjś pomysł jak powiesić zasłonkę). W salonie z aneksem brakuje grubszych zasłon - budynek jest na parterze, okno wychodzi na współdzielony ogródek i ulice - brak prywatności. Pościel była wymięta przez co zastanawialiśmy się czy jest ona wymieniona. Cena za wysoka do standardu mieszkania.
